Description

Erected in the 17th century on pre-existing structures, it is one of the city's baroque jewels. The church was ruled until 1890 by the secular priests of San Filippo Neri.
Inside are works by A. Bonazza, Bonaccorsi, Ferrari, Pellizzari, Maffei, and a Crucifix attributed to Donatello.
Fifteen 17th and 18th century paintings depicting the mysteries of the Rosary hang from the ceiling.
In the sacristy is the homonymous art gallery, founded in 1966, which collects medieval frescoes, fabrics, liturgical furnishings, manuscripts, archaeological material, goldsmith's work and numerous paintings, among which stands out a stunning Madonna Enthroned by Antonio Vivarini (15th century).
