Description
This Euganean Hills wine tour from Padua takes you into the Regional Park to meet two renowned wineries in roughly four hours. Transfer from your departure place is included, and you taste local wines and typical products with the winemaker as your guide.
The volcanic soil and the good climate suit many grapes. Among the whites you meet Serprino, a biotype of the Glera vine often described as the volcanic version of Prosecco, together with Pinot bianco, Garganega and others. The reds of the area range from the two Cabernets to Merlot and Carmenere. Each glass shows what this terroir does to a grape.
- a walk through the vineyards

The winemaker explains the tasting step by step so you can pick out the character of each of his best wines. An agency accompanist travels with the group. The tour runs even in bad weather, and it is cancelled only for safety reasons.
